Thank you for shopping with T Beauty. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed during checkout if available.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or redirected packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

T Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Theft after delivery

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Service interruptions beyond our control

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team for assistance.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos when contacting support.

We will review the claim and work toward a resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Order modifications or cancellations can only be requested before processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where delivery services are unavailable or restricted by law.
