Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
  • Return requests must be submitted before sending items back

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or compliance reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
